摘　　要：扫描电镜照片表现的物体清晰度高，富有立体感，但因技术等原因，常会使图像出现一些欠缺。因此，有必要对照片进行生物绘图，以克服不足，再现物体原貌。本文介绍了电镜照片的生物绘图表现技法、处理方法和绘画步骤。SEM photographs can show three dimensional objects with high definition . But some defects are often shown in the photographs because oftechnology on something else . Then,it′s necessary to draw biologicalpicturesin orderto show the originalappearance ofthe objectandre duce the defects.The present paper gives some introduction of biological drawing about showing technology,the way of dealing with drawing and the steps of drawing .
