裂褶菌液体发酵胞内多糖祛痰作用的试验研究

摘　　要：[目的]通过动物试验对裂褶菌(Schizophyllum commne)发酵胞内多糖(SPG1)的祛痰作用进行研究。[方法]采用小鼠酚红祛痰法观察裂褶菌发酵胞内多糖(SPG1)的祛痰作用。[结果]裂褶菌发酵胞内多糖能增加小鼠呼吸道酚红排泌量(P<0.05)。[结论]裂褶菌发酵胞内多糖具有一定的祛痰作用。[Objective] Study on the expectorant effect of polysaccharide from mycelia of Schizophyllum commne by fermentation through animal experiment.[Methods] Cough model was induced by phenol red expectoration test,to research on the expectorant effect of intracellular polysaccharide of Schizophyllum commne,SPG1.[Results] SPG1 had expectorant effect on mice induced by phenol red（P0.05）.[Conclusion] intracellular polysaccharide of Schizophyllum commne had the expectorant effect.
