摘 要:本研究探讨了日粮α-亚麻酸(ALA)水平对断奶至2月龄生长肉兔生长性能、血脂、肝脏和肌肉脂肪酸构成及肝脏乙酰辅酶A羧化酶(ACC)和肉碱脂酰转移酶1(CPT1)mRNA表达量的影响。选用断奶体质量无显著差异的生长肉兔200只,随机分成5组,每组40只,分别饲喂不同ALA添加量(0、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%、0.4%)的饲粮。预试7d,正试23d。结果表明:日粮ALA水平对平均日采食量(ADI)、日增体质量(ADG)、料重比(F/G)和屠宰率影响显著(P<0.05)。日粮ALA水平极显著降低血清甘油三酯(TG)(P=0.001 2)、胆固醇(P=0.005 6)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)水平(P=0.000 4),对血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL)影响不显著(P=0.217 7);日粮ALA水平对肝脏和背最长肌饱和脂肪酸(SPA)影响不显著(P>0.05),但能显著降低肝脏和背最长肌单不饱和脂肪酸(MU-FA)的相对含量(P<0.05),显著提高肝脏和背最长肌多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)(P<0.05)和n-3系列PUFA的相对含量(P<0.000 1);极显著降低n-6/n-3比例(P<0.01),各处理组n-6系列PUFA相对含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。日粮ALA水平对肝脏ACC和CPT1基因mRNA表达量的影响均极显著(P=0.000 2,P=0.000 1)。从生长性能、组织脂肪酸构成和肉质等多方面考虑,断奶至2月龄生长肉兔饲粮中可添加0.2%的亚麻酸以生产富含n-3PUFA的功能性兔肉产品。The experiment was conducted to study the effects of α-linolenic acid(ALA) on growth performance,blood lipids,liver and muscle fatty acid composition and acetyl-CoA carboxylase(ACC) and carnitine acyl transferase 1(CPT1) mRNA expression in liver from weaning to 2-month-growing meat rabbits.Two hundred 1-month-old meat rabbits were randomly assigned to 5 groups with 40 replicates in each group and each replicate contained 1 rabbit.Rabbits in 5 groups were fed basal diet with 0,0.1%,0.2%,0.3% and 0.4% ALA,respectively.The trial lasted for 7 days for adaptation,and 23 days for sampling.The results showed that ALA had significant influence on ADI,ADG,F/G and the slaughter rate(P0.05).ALA significantly decreased serum triglyceride(TG)(P=0.001 2),cholesterol(P=0.005 6) and low density lipoprotein(LDL) levels(P=0.000 4),but had no significant influence on serum high density lipoprotein(HDL)(P=0.217 7).ALA had no significant influence on liver and musculus longissimus dorsi fatty acid(SPA)(P0.05),but significantly reduced the relative content of the hepatic monounsaturated fatty acids(MUFA)(P0.05),and significantly increased the relative content of polyunsaturated fatty acids(PUFA) and n-3 PUFA in liver and musculus longissimus dorsi(P0.05,P0.000 1),ALA significantly decreased n-6/n-3 ratio(P0.01),and had no significant influence on the relative content of n-6 PUFA in all groups.ALA had significant influence on liver ACC and CPT1 mRNA expression(P=0.000 2,P=0.000 1,respectively).In conclusion,the appropriate supplementation of ALA(0.2%) in diet of growing meat rabbit from weaning to 2-month-old can produce functional rabbit meat products with rich in n-3PUFA.
