摘　　要：张雪门将幼儿师范教育实习分为四个步骤:参观、见习、试教和辅导,并将其贯穿于师范教育的三年中,学生在学习中不仅学习到了理论知识,而且还可以在实践中运用,获得了大量的实践经验,这是其独具特色的地方,对今天的幼儿师范教育有重要的意义。According to Zhang Xuemen,educational practice of preschool normal education consists of four steps——visiting,novitiate,teaching practice and coaching.It goes through the three-year normal education.During such practice students can not only learn theories,but also apply them in practice to gain lots of experiences,which uniquely characterizes the preschool normal education and gives us meaningful enlightenment in today＇s preschool normal education.
