摘 要:要实现地震灾后重建形势下农村中学英语教育的发展和飞跃,教师的专业发展是一个核心要素。在新的形势下,灾区农村中学英语教师必须融入教育重建的潮流,以农村中学英语教育的大发展和自身能力的大提升为目标,不断学习、反思、改革,从而适应灾后教育发展的需要。同时,教育教研主管部门必须把握城乡教育均衡发展的需求,深刻分析存在的问题,从实际出发,以人为本,制定符合农村英语教师发展的规划,确保教师的身心健康和专业能力得到可持续的发展,从而保证灾后重建中农村中学英语教育能得到有效的提升和发展。Teacher's professional development is the core in the process of realizing the development and progressing of English teaching in the rural middle school in the post-disaster reconstruction of education.Under the new situation,English teachers must adapt themselves to the education reconstruction and,with the progressing of education and self-development of teaching as the goal,learn,reflect and reform continuously so as to keep pace with the requirements of post-disaster education reconstruction.Also,it's necessary that the administrative department understand the requirements of the balanced development of education between rural and urban regions,study the existing problems with deep concern,regard people as foremost,and make practical plans for teachers' development to ensure the sustainable development of the physical and psychological health and professional abilities of the teachers,hence the development of English education in the rural regions in the post-disaster reconstruction of education.
