摘 要:目的:研究γ-氨基丁酸茶对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法:采用昆明种小鼠游泳力竭实验,实验动物分为γ-氨基丁酸茶高、中和低实验组及空白对照组,分别检测游泳力竭时间,测定小鼠血糖、肝糖原、肌糖原,血清BUN、LDH、CK、SOD、MDA、GSH-PX,以及游泳前后的血乳酸。结果:γ-氨基丁酸茶对小鼠的实验期间的体重无明显影响。力竭游泳试验各实验组的时间都显著延长。试验各组血糖无明显影响,但肝糖原和肌糖原均高于对照组。各实验组BUN与对照组有显著差异,但LDH和CK无显著性。试验各组SOD和MDA与对照组有显著性,而GSH-PX未见有差异。游泳前血乳酸各组无差异,游泳后中和高剂量组与对照组有显著性。结论:在本实验的剂量范围内,γ-氨基丁酸茶对小鼠有明显的抗疲劳作用。The anti-fatigue effect of γ-aminobutyric acid tea on mice was studied.Kunming mice were randomized into 4 groups:high,medium,low dose γ-aminobutyric acid tea intervention groups and control group.The control group was given distilled water.The longest swimming time,blood glucose,muscle and liver glycogen,serum urea nitrogen(BUN),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine kinase(CK),superoxide dismutase(SOD),malonaldehyde(MDA),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-PX),blood lactic acid before and after swimming test were measured.γ-aminobutyric acid tea had no effect on body weight of mice during the experiment.Different doses of γ-aminobutyric acid tea significantly lengthened the swimming time.Blood glucose had no noticeable change in each group,but liver and muscle glycogen were significantly higher than the control group.There was significant difference in BUN between each intervention group and control group,but no significant differences were found in LDH and CK.The differences in SOD and MDA between each intervention group and control group were significant,but no significant difference was found in GSH-PX.No significant difference was found in blood lactate in each group before swimming,but there was significant difference between the medium and high dose groups and the control group after swimming.The results showed that γ-aminobutyric acid tea had a significant anti-fatigue effect in mice in the dose range in this experiment.
