摘 要:应用PCR-SSCP及Southern杂交技术检测了56例喉鳞癌和35例喉乳头状瘤组织中HPV16/18的DNA及p53基因点突变。结果显示24例喉部肿瘤组织p53基因点突变;35例喉癌及24例喉乳头状瘤组织中检出了HPV-DNA。在13例喉癌组织和3例喉乳头状瘤组织中同时检出p53点突变和HPV-DNA。提示HPV感染和p53变异与喉部肿瘤发生有关,其内在联系有待深入研究。The point mutation of p53 and HPV16/18-DNA were detected in the paraffin embedded tissues of 56 cases of laryngeal carcinomas and 35 cases of laryngeal papillomas by using PCR-SSCP and Southern Blot technique. The results showed that the point mutation of p53 gene was found in 24 cases of laryngeal neoplasms, and HPV-DNA was detected in 35 cases of laryngeal carcinoma tissues and 24 cases of laryngeal papilloma tissues respectively. Both point mutation of p53 and HPV-DNA were observed in 13 cases of laryngeal carcinomas and in 3 cases of laryngeal papllomas. It was suggested that HPV infection and p53 point mutation were associated with pathogenesis of laryngeal neoplasms. The relation between p53 mutation and HPV infection remains to be further studied.
