摘　　要：家庭是塑造青少年人格的摇篮;学校是青少年人格自我成长的土壤;社会化是青少年人格完善的关键环节。营造和谐的家庭心理环境、强化人性化教育理念、创建健康向上的社会文化环境以及加强心理健康教育是青年人格教育的重要途径。Family is a cradle that molds the young people＇s personality; school is soil for the self-growth of young people＇s personality; the socialization is the key link where the young people＇s personality consummates. Building a harmonious family psychology environment, strengthening humanistic education conception, setting up the social cultural environment and enhancing psychological health education pattern are all the important vehicles for youth personality education.
