摘　　要：少数民族女青年是社会弱势群体的典型代表,由于历史和文化的原因,她们受教育水平低,具有很大的人力资源开发潜力。文章从历史、文化和现实两方面对影响她们学习动机的因素进行了分析,并对如何激发她们的学习动机进行了思考,以提高少数民族女青年的学习效率。As the typical disadvantaged group in society,the ethnic minority young women whose educational attainment affected by the historical and cultural backgrounds holds great potential for human resources development.The paper tries to find out the factors affecting their learning motivations from the perspectives of history,culture and reality,and comes up with motivation-enhanced suggestions for efficient learning experiences.
