摘 要:为了提高冲压机构的设计质量,缩短和减少设计的周期和成本,针对导杆摇杆滑块冲压机构进行优化设计。通过对导杆摇杆滑块冲压机构工作原理的分析,建立了冲压机构的数学模型并确定了设计变量。利用ADAMS软件对该机构进行了参数化建模和运动仿真,然后以压力角最小和驱动力矩最小为优化目标对机构进行了优化设计,最终确定了影响压力角和驱动力矩的主要设计变量的参数。优化后的结果表明,冲压机构的压力角经过优化后减小了91.5%;驱动力矩减小了53.3%,优化效果明显。To improve the quality of stamping body design,shorten and reduce the design cycle and cost,optimized the design of slider guide rod rocker punch mechanism.By analyzing the slider guide rod rocker punch mechanism's working theory,not only the mathematical model was established,but also the designing variables were analyzed.The parametric modeling of slider guide rod rocker punch mechanism was constructed by the software ADAMS,and then this punch mechanism was also imitated by ADAMS.The aim of the optimal design was the minimum of the pressure angle and driving torque,and the optimal design ultimately determined the parameters of the main design variables which impacted the pressure angle and the driving torque.The results of optimization showed that the punch mechanism pressure angle is decreased by 91.5% optimized and the drive torque is decreased by 53.3% after optimization,the optimal effect is obvious.
