仙湖肉鸭B系肌内脂肪含量与屠体性能关系研究

摘　　要：本研究对仙湖肉鸭B系的肌内脂肪含量与屠体性状关系进行分析。结果表明:公鸭活重、屠体重、半净膛重、全净膛重与肌内脂肪含量均表现为中等正相关,其中半净膛重与肌内脂肪含量的相关关系达到显著水平(P<0.05),胸肌重、腿肌重、皮脂重、皮脂率均与肌内脂肪含量呈弱的正相关,相关关系不显著;母鸭腹脂重、腹脂率与肌内脂肪含量的相关系数高达0.3660和0.4169,均呈显著的中等正相关(P<0.05),活重、腿肌率与肌内脂肪含量的相关系数虽为负值,但很弱,相关系数几乎为零,其余屠体性能指标均与肌内脂肪含量为弱相关,差异不显著。The correlation between the carcass traits and the intramuscular fat（IMF） in XianHu meat duck B strain was studied in this paper.The results showed that there was a moderate positive correlation between IMF and body weight,carcass weight,half-eviscerated weight and eviscerated weight in drakes,half-eviscerated weight had significant positive correlation with IMF（P0.05） and the correlations between IMF and breast muscle weight,leg muscle weight,sebum weight（rate） were low and not significant.In female ducks the correlation coefficient between IMF and abdominal fat weight,abdominal fat rate were 0.3660 and 0.4169 respectively and there was significant positive correlation（P0.05）,body weight and leg muscle rate were negatively correlated to IMF and the correlation coefficients were near to zero.The correlations between IMF and the other carcass traits were insignificant also.
