混合脱色助滤剂在无水葡萄糖生产中的应用

摘　　要：本文通过对无水葡萄糖生产脱色工序的研究，提出采用混合脱色助滤剂的新型脱色过滤方法。采用该方法后，过滤后糖液澄清快，滤饼层含糖量低，板框运行时间长，过滤后糖液的澄清度与颜色指标得到显著提高，同时保证了无水葡萄的细菌内毒素的零含量，避免了热源反应。This article through to study on anhydrous dextrose production decolorizing-process by using mixed decolorixing, puts forward the new filtration aid agent discoloring filtering method. Using this method,the filtered dextrose clarify fast. low dextrose content in filter cake layer, plate-frame long operation,filtered liquid clarifications degrees and color indexes have been significantly improve anhydrous dextrose, and ensure the dextrose bacterial endotoxin test zero content,to avoid the heat source reaction.
