摘  要:目的:观察颞叶癫痫患者脑组织Pannexins蛋白(Panx1、Panx2)的表达,探索其在颞叶癫痫发病机制中的作用。方法:收集32例颞叶癫痫患者(实验组)和7例无癫痫病史的手术患者(对照组)的颞叶脑组织,采用免疫组化方法研究2组脑组织中的Panx1、Panx2蛋白的表达。结果:实验组与对照组比较,Panx1、Panx2表达水平均升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),颞叶皮质神经元的胞体可见Panx1、Panx2的表达。结论:Panx1、Panx2在颞叶癫痫患者颞叶组织中表达升高,提示它们可能在颞叶癫痫发病机制中起重要作用。Objective: To study the expression of pannexins protein (Panxl.Panx2) in the brain tissue of patients with temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE) and its possible role in the pathogenesis of TLE. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Panxl and Panx2 in the surgically removed brain tissue of patients with TLE (n=32), and the results were compared with that of control tissue (n:7). Results: Panxl and Panx2 expressions were significantly increased in the temporal lobe cortex of the patients with TLE when compared to those in controls in the same regions(P〈0.05). Conclusion: The expressions of Panxl and Panx2 were up-regulated in the cortex of the temporal lobe which may be involved in the pathophysiology of temporal lobe epilepsy.
