学习型社会建设视野下我国现代远程教育

摘　　要：建设学习型社会是我国教育和社会发展的新理念、新取向,基于信息技术的现代远程教育是实现建设学习型社会的重要途径。然而,现代远程教育的发展在国内部分地区并未受到足够重视。建立政府主导型管理体制,明确政府在建设学习型社会中的责任,明确依托主体,发挥电大这个重要载体的作用,是建设学习型社会的有效途径。Learning - society construction is a new concept and new orientation of the development of China. The educational and social development of China to a large extent relies on the modem distance education that is based on information technology. However, the development of modern distance education has not attracted enough attention in some parts of China. To realize the construction of a learning society, it is neces- sary to establish a governmentled management system. In this system, different -level governments undertake important responsibilities, and make good use of TV universities＇ advantages, namely, learning resources, distance education facilities, and other support services.
