摘  要:随着高等职业院校人才培养模式改革的逐步深入,以工作过程为导向的工学结合人才培养模式的推广和实施,对于如何更加有效的推进职业院校学生德教育工作的实施提供了参考。本文从目前高职院校学生德育现状分析入手,阐述了工学结合人才培养模式对高职学生德育实施的作用,从而提出学生德育实施的途径及策略,以期能为当前的高职院校德育工作实施提供帮助。With gradual development of reform of the talented person training model for higher vocational colleges,combination of work and study guiding in the work process is promoted and implemented.On the more effective promotion of vocational colleges,the implementation of the education is provided to the reference value.From the present analysis of higher vocational college students,this essay argues the functions of combination of work and study in the implementation of the moral education for them.Thus,these authors put forwards the way and strategy to implement the students moral education so as to help completing moral education in higher vocational colleges.
