论新公共管理理论对地方成人教育的影响

摘　　要：随着社会发展和科技进步,传统的成人教育管理已不适应新形势和市场竞争机制的需求,最终要走出过于刚性化管理、办学途径单一、办学体制僵化等传统模式。管理者应根据成人教育的特点,结合时代的要求,借鉴新公共管理理论,以"顾客"为导向,树立"顾客意识",运用刚柔相济的体制、拓展办学途径、增强学生以就业为导向的能力本位观、提高管理者能力、树立以人为本的管理思想等进行成人教育管理。Along with the devolvement of society and technology,the traditional adult education management does not adapt to the new situation or meet the demand of market competition.It is necessary to reform the old mode of administration and the rigid management system.This paper proposes that using the new public management theory for reference,the administrators,on the basis of characters of adults and the need of the times,should establish the sense of serving customers,they should explore the potentials of the current adult educational system and cultivate the competence-based and human-centered concept of administration.
