摘　　要：《欧公本末》是吕祖谦临终前完成的一部书,因刊行较少而流布不广,黃灵庚主编《吕祖谦全集》方整理入集出版。该书保存了不少与欧阳修有关的北宋文献,一是可补充现存宋人文献的不足,二是不同的记载,可为现在研究宋人资料提供参考,三是记载详细。这对研究欧阳修、吕祖谦乃至北宋学术,都具有一定的认识和文献价值。Ou Gong Ben Mo is a book completed by Lu Zuqian （1084 -1145） before his death. Owing to its limited circulation, it had not been known to many researchers until it was included in Co Zuqian edited by Professor Huang Linggeng in 2008. The book contains an extensive literature about Ouyang Xiu （1007 -1073 ） in the Northern Song dynasty （960 -1127）, which helps complement the current collection of literature by Song scholars and provide more and different references for studies on the scholars; in addition, it is characterized by detailed and meticulous records. These prove of great academic and documentation value to studies of Ouyang Xiu and Lti Zuqian and even of the academic circles during the Northern Song period.
