摘　　要：湖南省农村中小学音乐教育的发展现状迫切需要通过教研管理工作的建设来实现业务上的指导、组织上的关怀和管理上的优化。宏观上对音乐教研工作管理模式的建设和微观上对音乐教研工作两个基本点的建设,是推动湖南省农村中小学音乐教育发展的动力之源。With the development status of music education in rural primary and secondary school,it is quite necessary to carry on teaching and research management to realize business guidance,concern of organization,and optimization in management.The construction of music education and research management mode on the macroscopic and the construction of two basic points of music education and research work in the micro-scope is the driving force to promote the development of music education in rural primary and secondary schools in Hunan province.
