摘　　要：通过向全国百余家用人单位问卷调查,进行横断了解用人单位对我校毕业研究生综合素质评价,了解当前研究生综合素质培养过程存在的问题.通过对问卷的分析,我校研究生综合素质均达到中等水平及以上水平.实践是检验真理的标准,医学是一门实践性很强的科学,继续加强研究生思想政治教育工作引导和加强研究生整体素培养具有一定的理论价值.To understand the overall quality of the current problems on graduates＇ training in Kunming Medical College,the cross-sectional questionnaires were posted to the national 108 employers,including companies or hospitals our graduates worked in China.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,the overall quality of graduate students in our college reached to the intermediate level at least.Practice is the only criterion for testing truth,medicine is a practical science,therefore,continuing to strengthen the ideological and political education and enhance the overall quality of graduate students is worth of theoretical value.
