摘　　要：针对科学与工程计算中常见的实验数据拟合问题,基于MATLAB数学软件,利用最小二乘原理,确定变量之间的函数关系。通过几个案例分析,实验研究得出结论:基于MATLAB的最小二乘拟合方法简单、容易实现、工程应用广泛。In view of common experimental data fitting problems in science and engineering calculations, MATLAB mathematical software and least square principle were adopted to determine the function relation between variables. Case analysis show that least squares fitting method based on MATLAB is simple, easily realized and therefore widely used in engineering.
