摘 要:目前高职院校学历教育蓬勃发展,但依据政策规定,高职教育还兼具服务社会和地方经济发展的职能,要广泛开展社会职业培训,满足培训市场需求,促进企业发展。可是不少高职院校专业教师下企业承担相关培训任务时,由于思想观念、学历教育和培训课程的差异等一系列原因,在转换为企业培训师角色过程中出现了一些问题,导致转变困难,培训效果欠佳等的情况,因此,高职院校应从心理认识、课程教学、服务意识、考核制度四个层面加速专业课教师与企业培训师角色的转换。At present quality colleges and universities school record education vigorous development,but stipulated based on the policy,the quality education also has both the service society and the provincial economy development function,must widely carry out the social professional manager,satisfies trains the market demand,the promotion enterprise development.But under the many quality colleges and universities specialized teacher the enterprise undertakes time the related training mission,because ideological concept,school record education and training program difference and so on a series of reasons,in transformed for the enterprise trains in the teacher role process to have some problems,caused the transformation difficulty,the training effect unsatisfactory and so on situation,this article on this question to discuss that some views to the colleague who faced this question have the inspiration by the time,carried on the role to transform smoothly,the promotion training development,served the provincial economy.
