摘　　要：本文通过对高职高专院校状况及就业和失业率的分析,以美国餐饮巨头麦当劳、肯德基两公司的生产经营和市场营销模式,即"麦—肯模式"引导切入。创新提出"法律类"高等职业院校人才培养观念和培养模式。With an analysis of the actualities of higher vocational colleges,employment and unemployment rates,and the operational mode of McDonald’s and KFC,the American food and beverage giants,this article comes up with innovative ideas and a new mode for talent cultivation of paralegal education in higher vocational colleges.
