摘　　要：目的了解不同学历实习护生的职业价值观及择业态度,以提出针对性的对策促进护生专业思想稳定。方法采用自行设计的问卷调查表,对2010年度不同学历实习护生毕业前择业意向和职业价值观进行调查。结果不同学历护生在择业意向和职业价值观方面差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),80.3%实习护生肯定护理工作能够体现自身的工作价值,护理大、中专生的职业价值观明显优于护理本科生;93.8%护生毕业后选择从事护理工作。结论大部分护生专业思想稳定、职业态度积极,少数护生的职业忠诚问题客观存在,尤其是本科学历护生表现尤为明显。因此,要制定合理的人才培养方向,区分不同学历护生的实习目标;加强在校与实习期间职业价值观教育,培养良好的职业心理素质。Objective To understand the attitude toward job choice and professional values of nursing students with different educational background. Methods 137 nursing students in practice were divided into three groups according to their educational background. Their attitude toward job choice and professional values were surveyed with a self-designed questionnaire. Results There were significant differences among three groups in attitude toward job choice and professional values （P〈0.01）. 80.3% of nursing students regarded nursing was the reflection of their own working value and 93.8% nursing students chose to become nurses after graduation. Conclusion Most nursing students show positive attitude toward job choice. Reasonable nursing cultivation should be established and great importance should be attached to the cultivation of nursing students＇ professional values.
