摘 要:目的探讨分层级培训在手术室护理专科组长选拔中的效果。方法将手术室护士分N0-N4 5个层级,对手术室护士从围术期病人管理能力、专科理论结合实践的能力、安全管理、应急与协调能力等7个模块进行逐层深入的培训,在经过N3、N4培训的护士中择优选拔专科护理组长。并采用自行设计的调查问卷,了解医、护、患对专科护理组长的工作满意度。结果经过层级培训选拔出6名专科护理组长,医、护、患总体对专科护理组长工作满意度为96.5%。结论层级培训有助于手术室专科护理组长的成长,专科组长协助护士长进行二级管理并带领专科组提供及时、高效、专业、优质的服务,提高了医、护、患对手术室专科护理组长工作的满意度。Objective To discuss the effect of hierarchy training in the selection of specialized nursing group leader in operation room.Methods Hierarchy training involving patients' management during perioperative period,the competence of combining theory and practice,safe management,emergency and coordination were provided for nurses in operation room,from which specialized nursing group leaders were selected.A self-designed questionnaire was applied for the information about the working of specialized nursing group leaders from doctors,nurses and patients as well.Results After the training,six group leaders were selected and most doctors,nurses and patients were satisfied with their performance.Conclusion Hierarchy training is beneficial to the development of specialized nursing group in operation room.Specialized nursing group leaders provide efficient and quality service for both doctors and patients.
