摘 要:目的观察叶黄素对脑缺血/再灌注损伤及炎症反应的影响。方法将雄性小鼠随机分为5组:假手术组、模型组、叶黄素高、中、低剂量处理组。线栓法建立局灶性脑缺血/再灌注模型。2,3,5-氯化三苯基四氮唑(TTC)染色法测定脑梗死面积。采用不同方法评价脑组织病理学,变化、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性及细胞间粘附因子-1(ICAM-1)表达。结果与模型组比较,叶黄素剂量依赖性地减少梗死面积,改善病理学变化,降低MPO活性和ICAM-1表达。结论叶黄素可通过抑制炎症反应,减轻脑缺血/再灌注损伤。Objective To observe the effects of lutein on cerebral ischemic/reperfusion injury and inflammation reaction.Method Male ICR mice were randomly divided into five groups:model group,sham group,high,middle and low dose lutein treatment groups.The focal cerebral ischemic/reperfusion model was established with use of suture-occluded method.2,3,5-triphenyltetrazolium chloride(TTC) staining was used to measure the cerebral infarct size.The histopathological change,myeloperoxidase(MPO) activity and intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1) expression were evaluated by various methods.Results Compared with the model group,lutein reduced the infarct size,improved the histopathological changes,and decreased the MPO activity and ICAM-1 expression in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion Lutein has the ability to lessen cerebral ischemic/reperfusion damage by inhibiting the inflammation reaction.
