摘  要:目的:建立生物转化体系中天麻素和对羟基苯甲醇同步检测方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)对这两种物质的检测方法进行研究。流动相为0.02%磷酸溶液(pH2.6)-甲醇(二者体积比为5:95),流速0.5mL/min,柱温35℃,检测波长220nm。结果:在此条件下,天麻素和对羟基苯甲醇线性良好,相关系数均达到0.9999,精密度高(RSD<5%),回收率在95%~102%之间。结论:本方法可准确地同步测定生物转化体系中的天麻素和对羟基苯甲醇含量。Objective:To establish a method for simultaneous determination of Gastrodin and p-2-hydroxybenzyl methanol in biotransformation system.Method:RP-HPLC was used in the study,the mobile phase consists of 0.02% phosphoric acid solution (pH 2.6) and methanol (5:95,V/V),the flow rate was 0.5 mL/min,all chromatographic operations were carried out at the temperature of 35 ℃ with UV detector at 220 nm.Results:Under the above condition,good linearity was obtained for both Gastrodin and p-2-hydroxybenzyl alcohol with a correlation coefficient 0.9999,recoveries ranged between 95% and 102%,while the precision of the method was 5% (RSD).Conclusion:The content of gastrodin and p-2-hydroxybenzyl alcohol in biotransformation system can be accurately determine simultaneously by this method.
