摘　　要：文章运用文献法、调查法、实验法对大学体育太极拳的教学改革进行实验研究,旨在为大学体育太极拳教学提供参考。研究表明经过优化设计方案实验教学后,基本实现预期教学目标,形成人人学会太极拳的教学特色,并就进一步提高太极拳教学提出建议。With the methods of literature,investigation,experiment,the paper does the experimental study on the teaching reform of Taijiquan teaching in colleges and universities,tries to find some references for Taijiquan teaching.The studies show that the optimized design of experimental teaching,basically realize the expected targets of teaching,to form the teaching characteristics of Taijiquan,and then find some suggestions for improving Taijiquan teaching.
