摘  要:校企合作、工学结合是职业教育的本质特征。深圳职业技术学院在坚持"以服务为宗旨、以就业为导向"办学方针的基础上,创造了"订单+联合"人才培养模式,并延伸出校企合作联办专业社团人才培养模式。前种模式的关键环节是协议商谈、学生选拔、联合培养、质量监管、教学研讨等;后种模式则以校企共建的专业社团为载体,通过开展社团活动增强学生对企业文化的认同感。The school-enterprise cooperation and work and study combination are essential characteristics of vocational ed ucation.Shenzhen Polytechnic is insist on the basis of " taking service as the purpose and taking employment as orient ed " school policy,created the " Order + joint " training model,and extends the school-enterprise cooperation running pro fessional community talents training mode.The former mode is the key to negotiating an agreement,the selection of stu dents,joint training,quality control,teaching seminars,etc.;the latter mode is taking the professional associations of schools-enterprises joint building as the carrier,through extracurricular activities to enhance students identify with the cor poration culture.
