摘 要:以煤矿专业技术人员考核的现状分析及工作分析为出发点,结合煤矿KPI提出煤矿专业技术人员的绩效考核方案。明确考核的原则,给出考核模式;提出能充分体现员工绩效的指标体系,采用简洁实用的层次分析法,并通过matlab软件进行数值计算,得出考核指标的权重;对于专家权的选取引进一种依赖决策数据给出权重的方法,把权重与决策数据更好地结合起来,使考核结果更加公平与合理。In this paper, the analysis of the professional technicans performance appraisal of coal mine and Job analysis are the Basis, accordingly Performance appraisal programs are proposed combine the KPI of coal mine. Firstly, the principle and the model are given. Secondly, the in- dex system of performance is proposed, the index weights are obtained by the software matlab with AHP. Finally, a method of giving relating closely with decision-making data is proposed for Specialists weights, the weight and decision data are integrated better in this way, so the results are more fair and reasonable.
