中英婚姻立法语篇的及物性系统对比分析——以婚姻无效制度为例

摘　　要：无效婚姻制度,包括可撤销的婚姻制度,在婚姻家庭法中的地位至关重要。为了加强中英两国婚姻立法制度的对比,本文从系统功能语言学的及物性系统角度,以婚姻无效制度为例对中英婚姻家庭制定法语篇进行对比分析,并深入解释中英立法语言特点和作用,以及扩展解读中英立法语篇背后的法律文化。The law of invalid marriage, i.e. a marriage is void or voidable, plays a vital role in the law of marriage and family. For the purpose of comparing Chinese and British legislative discourse of marriage law, this paper, from the perspective of transitivity system which is one of the key theories in systemic functional linguistics, analyses comparatively the two relatively corresponding discourses, interprets deeply the features of those legislative languages and functions, and explains extensively the legal cultures behind the lines.
