摘 要:目的探讨高效液相色谱法测定食品中山梨酸、苯甲酸、糖精钠的样品前处理方法。方法不同样品用不同前处理方法,用二极管阵列管检测品(HPLC-DAD)分析测定,外标法定量。结果该前处理方法线性关系良好,相对标准偏差分别为山梨酸3.18%、苯甲酸2.74%、糖精钠2.15%,加标回收率均在90%~100%之间。结论该方法稳定性好、准确可靠、简单快速,适用于食品添加剂的测定。Objective To establish pre-treatment methods for the simultaneous determination of sorbic acid,benzoic acid and saccharin sodium in different foods by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with DAD detection.Methods Different samples were pre-treated with different methods and detected by HPLC with the external standard quantification.Results There was a good linear relationship,the relative standard deviations were 3.18% for sorbic acid,2.74% for benzoic acid and 2.15% for saccharin sodium.The recoveries ranged from 90% to 100% for the targeted components.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,reliable and accurate,which is suitable for the determination of food additives.
