摘 要:为了提高摩托车发动机的热效率,研究不同的点火方案对发动机燃烧特性的影响,基于宗申DB133发动机初步提出了5种点火方案,搭建了燃烧特性测试系统。试验针对单双火花塞及不同点火提前角曲线组合,通过燃烧压力、压力升高率、燃烧放热率、循环变动率、平均有效压力指标以及爆震的对比得出:同为双火花塞不同的点火提前角曲线,如果点火提前角匹配不合理,其性能反而不如单火花塞点火好;通过改变点火提前角在各转速的位置,也就是改变点火提前角曲线的斜率可以达到寻求最佳点火方案的目的,为摩托车双火花塞的研究提供了基础。In order to improve the thermal efficiency of a motorcycle engine and to explore the influence of the difibrent ignition schemes on the combustion characteristics of an engine, five preliminary ignition plans based on Zongshen DB133 were proposed, and the combustion characteristic test system was built. Based on diitbrent spark advance curves of single spark plugs and double spark plugs, the experiment was carried out. By comparing the combustion pressure, rate of pressure rise, rate of combustion release, rate of cyclic variations, the average of eftbctive pressure index and detonation, the simulation results indicate that the performance of the double spark plug may be worse than that of the single spark plug if the spark advance curve is unreasonable. The best ignition scheme could be obtained by changing the ignition advance angle in the position for different speeds, as well as changing the slope of the ignition advance angle curve. It provides a basis for the study of double spark plugs on motocycle engine.
