摘　　要：城市规划是一门综合性、实践性和政策性很强的交叉学科。文章在探讨建筑学、地理学的学科内涵与特点的基础上,分析了当今西方发达国家城市规划人才培养的发展趋势,提出了基于建筑学与地理学有机整合的城市规划专业课程设置构想。只有把二者有机地整合起来,城市规划学科才能飞得更高、更远,才能培养21世纪真正需要的城市规划专门人才。Urban planning is an interdisciplinary subject which is comprehensive,practical and political.Firstly,we analyzed the connotation and characteristics of architecture and geography.Then we analyzed the development trend of talent training of urban planning in Western developed countries,and put forward curriculum establishment for urban planning specialty based on the mode of integration of architecture and geography.The integration of architecture and geography can improve teaching quality of urban planning,and train urban planning professional talents adapted to social requirements in the 21st century.
