摘　　要：本文通过实验确定了微孔板式亚硝酸盐试剂盒中显色剂的混合比例(对氨基苯磺酸:盐酸萘乙二胺=1:1)及用量(0.06mL,相对于微孔板的体积)。研制出一种利用微孔板快速检测多个样品中亚硝酸盐含量的新仪器,具有使用试剂量少,污染小,检出限低,灵敏度较高,操作简单,方便携带等优点,可用于火腿中亚硝酸盐的测定。This experiment determined the amount of mixing reagent ratio（the sulfanilic acid： hydrochloric acid naphthalene ethylene diamine =1： 1;0.06mL,relative to the volume of Porous plate） of porous plate-type nitrite kit.Developed a new equipment to detect of multiple samples rapidly by using porous plate nitrite kit,with less use of reagents,low pollution,low detection limit,high sensitivity,simple operation,easy to carry and so on.The method has been used in the determination of nitrite in ham.
