摘　　要：该文综述不淘洗米国内外质量标准、生产加工方法、营养价值及食用口感等,并建议尽快制订相关质量标准,以规范市场。This review on discussed the international and domestic quality standards,production and processing methods,nutritional value and food taste,applications of the no–washed rice,and recommended to establish the quality standards and regulate for no–washed rice market.
