高校大学生“阳光体育”开展状况的调查——以南京市高校为例

摘　　要：本文归纳了阳光体育运动的历程,解读了阳光体育运动的内容,分析了高等学校开展阳光体育运动的影响因素,针对目前高校开展阳光体育运动的现状进行研究,探索出了适合高校开展阳光体育运动的具体措施,为今后阳光体育运动的有效实施提供一定的理论参考。This article has induced the sunlight sports＇ course,has explained the sunlight sports＇ content,has analyzed the College development sunlight sports＇ influencing factor,develops the sunlight sports＇ present situation in view of the present university to conduct the research,the analysis present university the question which exists in the development sunlight sports process,simultaneously explored has a series of suited the university to develop the sunlight sports＇ specific measures,will provide certain theory reference for the next sunlight sports＇ effective implementation.
