摘 要:近年来,"说课"已被列为考核教师教学水平的项目之一,在评优、晋级和教师招聘中都占有较大比重。但是,很多教师都非常重视说课前的准备和说课时应注意的问题,却忽略了说课后的反思环节,这样往往很难真正提高教师的教学能力。因此本文提出要使体育教师的综合教学能力得到实质性提升,应重视说课后的反思。In recent year, "presenting a teaching plan is one of the items to evaluate teacher's level, and accounts for the big proportion in the evaluation, promotion and recruitment. However, most teachers play more attention on the preparation before the presentation and the problems during it, and ignore the reflections on the lesson after it, which causes great difficulty to improve teachers' competence. Therefore, this paper puts forward that teachers' comprehensive ability should be improved and reflections after the presentation should be paid much attention.
