摘　　要：在高等职业教育办学规模和质量迅速发展的同时,高职院校大学生思想政治教育正面临着主体和客体两方面的困境。加强和改进高职院校大学生思想政治教育,从强化内部管理,优化外部环境,提升教师素质,重视学生实践养成和心理健康教育等方面,化解高职院校思想政治教育的困境,推进高职院校进一步快速发展。With the rapid development of the scale and quality of higher vocational education,the college students＇ ideological and political education is facing both the subjective and objective predicament.Higher vocational colleges should strengthen internal management,optimize external environment,improve teachers＇ quality,take students＇ practice cultivation and mental health education,dissolve students＇ ideological and political education,and promote the plight of further rapid development.
