基于模糊综合评判法的高校教师教学质量评价研究

摘　　要：教学质量的评价是高校教学管理中一个非常重要的环节,该文应用模糊模糊综合评判法,建立高校教师教学质量评价体系模型,实现从定性到定量评价的转换,从而更加准确、全面、科学、公正地对教师教学质量进行评价。并举例说明该方法对评估高校教师教学质量具有一定的应用价值。This paper is to expect to, as evaluation of teaching quality is a principal part of teaching management at colleges, on the basis of fussy comprehensive evaluation, set up a model for this evaluation, and the purpose is to transfer this evaluation from quality determination to quantity determination, and evaluate teachers＂ teaching more accurately, completely, scientifically and justly. It will perhaps a better method for colleges to employ to evaluate their teachings teaching as an example is used in this paper to prove its effectiveness.
