摘　　要：文章在对天津市中小企业产学研合作现状进行调查的基础上,针对产学研合作过程中存在于企业、高校、政府、市场四个方面的问题进行剖析,提出了基于中小企业的产学研合作创新的途径。This paper makes a study of cooperation state of Tianjin＇s SME-university innovation,analyzes the problems in the process of cooperation from the aspects of enterprises,university,government and the market;and then puts forward the new ways of improving the cooperation on the basis of SMEs.
