摘　　要：目的讨论2-甲氧基雌二醇(2-ME)在抗肿瘤作用中的研究进展。方法通过试验及CNKI期刊全文数据库检索系统,以2-ME、抗癌活性和结构改造为关键词,检索2003-2010年2-ME抗肿瘤作用方面的相关文献。结果 2-甲氧基雌二醇是体内分泌的一种雌性激素,对雌激素受体的亲和力较低,而对多种肿瘤细胞具有抑制作用。结论 2-ME具有广泛的抗肿瘤作用,可成为一种新型抗肿瘤药物。Objective To explore the research advances of 2-methoxyestradiol（2-ME） in tumor.Methods English literatures about 2-ME＇s role in anti-tumor were searched in the experiments and CNKI database from 2003 to 2010,the keywords of which were 2-ME,anticancer activity and structural modification.Results 2-Methoxyestradiol（2MeO-E2） is an endogenous metabolite of estrogen,which has little affinity to estrogen receptor and the inhibitory effects on various tumor cells.Conclusion 2-ME has varied anticarcinogenic activities and may be a promising candidate in treatment of tumor.
