高职化工类专业始业教育特色建设途径探析

摘　　要：始业教育对于培养新生的环境适应能力,使之尽早融入大学生活起着非常重要的作用。随着社会的快速发展,涌现出了一些新的问题,对高职院校化工类专业的始业教育提出了新的挑战。本文主要分析了当前高职化工类专业学生的特点,根据高职始业教育的内容并结合我院的实际,提出了一些建设高职化工类专业始业教育的特色建设途径。Orientation education can bring up freshmen＇s environment adaptability and played a very vital role on integrating the university life as soon as possible.Some new problems were springing up along with society＇s fast development.New challenges were presented on the chemical industry class specialities＇ orientation education in higher vocational education.Current college students＇ qualities on chemical industry class specialities were mainly analyzed.Some characteristic construction means were proposed according to the content of orientation education in higher vocational education and some practices in School of Pharmaceutical and Materials Engineering.
