油泥和校园土壤中两株放线菌的比较

摘  要:通过对菌落特征的观察,从油泥中筛选出一株区别于校园土壤中的放线菌;并通过对两菌株摇瓶发酵代谢产物的核磁共振氢谱比较,为后续研究的深入提供理论依据.结果表明,从油泥和校园土壤中分离纯化的两菌株其菌落都与培养基牢固结合、不透明、较干燥、正反颜色不同,有泥腥味.但菌落正面"干粉"前者呈浅灰色,而后者呈白色;菌落反面呈棕褐色,前者明显深于后者;核磁共振氢谱表明两种菌的代谢产物有明显差异.因此,不同环境中的放线菌菌落特征有差异,其色泽表现出对环境的适应;其代谢产物也有差异.A distinguished actinomycete,which is separated and selected from oily sludge,is different from campus soil according to the colony characteristics.In order to offer reliable bases for the follow-up research,metabolites of the two kinds of actinomycetes in shaking flask fermentation were compared by 1H NMR spectroscopy.Both of the colonies were opaque,comparatively dry,different in color between the contrary sides,closely bound with the medium,and emitting the odor of mud.The color of "dry power" on the obverse side of the two varied,with oily sludge looking French grey and campus soil,white;the reverse side of the two both looked brown,with the color of the former evidently deeper than that of the latter.1HNMR spectroscopy also indicated that the metabolites of the two actinomycetes were apparently different.It is therefore concluded that colony characteristics of actinomycetes are different when they are in different kinds of environment,and in addition to the difference in metabolites,their colors suggest their adaptation to the environment.
