摘　　要：结合北京地铁10号线三元桥站——亮马河站区间盾构隧道旁穿南小街8号楼工程,分析两条盾构隧道小间距、长距离并行临近楼房的工程难点,介绍设计与施工采取的措施以及监测数据分析等工程实践。通过总结分析,得出工程实践中地铁区间盾构隧道小间距、长距离并行施工的相互影响规律和对楼房沉降的影响规律。Based on the project of two shield tunnels adjacent to No.8 Building in Nanxiaojie Street between Sanyuanqiao Station and Liangmahe Station of Beijing subway Line 10,the paper introduces the difficulties of construction for two small-spaced parallel shield tunnels in a long distance and next to a building.It also presents measures adopted in design and construction and analysis of monitoring data.Through the analysis,regularities of mutual influence between two small-spaced shield tunnels in the long parallel distance and induced subsidence of the adjacent building are obtained.
