皮质下缺血性抑郁患者5-HTTLPR基因多态性的初步研究

摘　　要：目的探讨皮质下缺血性抑郁(SID)患者与5-HTTL-PR相关性。方法运用多聚酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性技术(PCR-RFLP)检测36例SID患者(SID组)、24例皮质下缺血性血管病无抑郁患者(SIVD组)及60例健康老年人(对照组)5-HTTLPR基因型的分布频率。结果 SID组与SIVD组、对照组比较,其5-HTTLPR基因型频率及等位基因频率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);SID患者SS等位基因型频率和S等位基因频率均显著高于SIVD组和对照组(69.4%vs 29.2%vs 28.3%;77.8%vs 54.2%vs 52.5%)。SIVD组与对照组比较,其5-HTTLPR基因型频率及等位基因频率差异无统计学意义。结论中国汉族人群5-HTTLPR的SS基因型可能是SID的易感基因型。Objective To explore the polymorphisms of serotonin transporter gene-linked promoter region（5-HTTLPR） in patients with subcortical ischemic depression（SID）.Methods Polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism（PCR-RFLP） was used to detect the frequency of 5-HTTLPR-promoter region polymorphism in SID group,subcortical ischemic vascular disease with no depression（SIVD） group and the control group.Results There were significant differences in the frequency of 5-HTTLPR genotypes and the alleles between SID group and SIVD group,control group（P0.05）.The frequencies of genotype SS and allele S were significantly higher in SID group than that in SIVD group and control group（69.4% vs 29.2% vs 28.3%;77.8% vs 54.2% vs 52.5%）.There were no significant differences in the frequency of 5-HTTLPR genotypes and the alleles between SIVD group and control group（P0.05）.Conclusion The frequency of SS genotype may be associated with SID in Chinese Han people.
