摘　　要：食物过敏作为食源性疾病,日益引起公众的普遍关注。本文对目前有关食物过敏原的免疫学检测方法和核酸检测方法进行了较为全面的综述,分析了常用检测方法的准确性、灵敏性、限制性等问题,展望了未来过敏原检测技术的发展方向。As a food-borne disease,food allergy has increasingly caused wide public concern.This paper gives a comprehensive overview of the immunologic and nucleic acid based methods for food allergen by the comparison of the analysis accuracy,sensitivity and limitations etc.Moreover,the trend of allergen detection technology was prospected.
