试论地质灾害防治学学科特征

摘　　要：随着地质灾害的日趋严重，地质灾害的学科建设已成为学术界、工程界和社会管理诸方面倍受关注的问题。文章试从分析论述地质灾害的成因入手，将地质灾害防治的学科特征归纳为边缘学科特征、基础研究特征、环境概念特征、社会参予特征和工程应用特征，以期同行探讨。As the geological hazards are getting increasinglg serious,the construction of the discipline of geological hazards has drawn the attention of many experts,engineers and managers in different research areas.Starting from the view that geological hazards are the result of human actions,the social and scientific characteristics of geological hazards prevention are discussed from various aspects.
