摘  要:目的探索建立硬通道少创伤的自体血注射猪脑出血模型,尽量减小实验动物在实验过程中遭受的痛苦并尽可能与临床实际情况保持一致。方法采用骨穿针作为注血工具,以猪眼眶作为穿刺点定位体表标志,采用小儿生命体征监护仪在术中对猪的血压等进行监测。采用头部CT扫描和组织学方法评价血肿制作的情况并分析两者之间的联系。结果 7头小猪均成功获得了满意的额叶血肿,猪生存状态良好。影像学和组织学血肿体积相差没有统计学意义(P>0.05),两者之间有较好的相关性(r=0.931,P=0.002)。结论我们改良的猪脑出血造模方法简单、可行,造模成功率高,较好地体现了对实验动物的人性关怀,CT血肿基本可以替代组织学血肿的信息。Objective To develop an intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH) model of with autologous blood influsion in piglets made by hard tunnel,which can allay the pain as much as possible for experimental animals and had a good clinical relevance.Methods Autologous arterial blood was injected by medullo-puncture needle.The position of stereotaxic coordinate was determined by the eye socket.The physiological parameters were monitored by child electrocardiogram monitoe.The hematomas were examined using CT-scanning and histological anatomy whose relationship was analysed.Results Satisfactory frontal lobe hematomas were developed in 7 piglets in the state of health after surgery.The hematoma volumes examined by imageology and histological anatomy were close in value(P0.05) and in relevance(r=0.931,P=0.002).Conclusion The method of this modified ICH model is simple and practical with a high rate of success.This relative painless surgery well reflected the human caring for experimental animals.The hematoma exmined by CT-scanning can present the information of that examined by histological anatomy.
