摘  要:目的:探讨创伤专用型短肽制剂对重症颅脑外伤患者蛋白质营养状况和免疫功能的影响。方法:选取32例重症颅脑损伤患者,观察使用创伤专用型短肽营养制剂及其对照制剂对患者肝肾功能、营养状况和免疫功能的影响。结果:两种制剂对肝肾功能均无影响(P>0.05);对照组试验后上臂围和上臂肌围较试验前下降(P<0.01),体重、体质指数、三头肌皮褶厚度等试验前、后组内和组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验后试验组白蛋白、前白蛋白和转铁蛋白明显高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),其余两组之间指标试验后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组试验后总蛋白、白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白、红细胞I、gG和IgM均升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),两组转铁蛋白均升高(P<0.01或P<0.05),其余两组各指标试验前、后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:创伤专用型短肽营养制剂能改善重症颅脑损伤患者的蛋白质营养状况和免疫功能。Objective: To investigate the effect of oligopeptide preparation on protein nutrition status and immune function of severe brain trauma.Methods: A total of 32 severe brain trauma patients were selected and divided into two groups to observe the effect on liver and kidney function,protein nutrition status and immune function by using oligopeptide preparation for trauma use and control preparation.Results: The two preparations did not influence liver and kidney function(P〉0.05).Arm circumference and arm muscle circumference decreased significantly in control group(P〈0.01),but there was no significantly difference in body weight,body mass index nor triceps skinfold thickness between two groups and between before and after the research in the two groups(P〉0.05).After research,albumin,prealbumin and transferrin of the research group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05),and there was no significantly difference in other parameters between two groups(P〉0.05).After treatment,total protein,albumin,prealbumin,hemoglobin,erythrocytes,IgG and IgM of the research group were increased significantly(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05) and transferrin of two groups were also increased significantly(P〈0.01 or P〈0.05);but there was no significantly difference between before and after the research in the other parameters(P〉0.05).Conclusions: Oligopeptide preparation for trauma use can improve protein nutrition status and immune function of severe brain trauma.
