摘  要:在高中阶段教育普及的时代,普通高中长期以来形成的强调知识传授、统一步调的人才培养模式已无法促进每一位学生的发展。“人人成才”是普通高中多样化发展的目的,需要通过建立个别化的教育体系,在关注全面发展的同时促进学生的个性发展。在实践层面,可以通过多数学校的“校内多样性”和建立少量“专门学校”的方式推进培养模式多样化,加强选修课程建设和为毕业生提供多元通道是重要的突破口。In the era of universal education of senior high school education, the cultivation model of stressing knowledge imparting in the unity of action can not promote the development of each student. The target of dimensional development in senior high schools is to make every student to be a useful person, which requires the establishment of the educational system for individuality to promote students' individual development while caring for their whole development. In practice, the dimensional cultivation model can be achieved by the diversity in schools in most schools and by establishing several special schools, reinforcing elective courses and providing dimensional path.
